Thinking about Facilitating a Small Group? Here are some ideas and information to help you make your decision about what type of Small Group God is calling you to facilitate.
SMALL Group Hubs
Coed Small Groups (Couples & Singles)
Coed Small Groups are designed for men and women to join to be empowered, encouraged, and supported. People who join a Coed Small Group will gain a support group of other men and women that believe in them and support each other as they do life together through Small Groups.
Coed Small Groups include groups for men & women as individuals, groups for singles, groups for couples, groups for married couples, and groups for families.
Men’s Small Groups
Men’s Small Groups are designed especially for men to join to be empowered, encouraged, and supported as a man. Men who join a Men’s Small Group will gain a support group of other men that believe in them and support each other as they do life together through Small Groups.
Women’s Small Groups
Women’s Small Groups are designed especially for women to join to be empowered, encouraged, and supported as a woman. Women who join a Women’s Small Group will gain a support group of other women that believe in them and support each other as they do life together through Small Groups.
VY Crews are Small groups for youth, grates 6th-12th.
Serve Team Small Groups
Serve Team Small Groups are twice a month and designed to connect Dream Teamers with their serve team. They have components of the Word, fun, food, and fellowship.
Types of Summer SUMMER Groups:
Sermon-based groups are designed for deeper processing and application of the sermon that was preached during the Sunday prior to meeting.

Active groups are centered around building community through activities together. Though there is an aspect of discussion of God’s Word at some point each week, these groups are primarily designed to facilitate and cultivate relationships through similar interests in different activities together.

Focus groups are groups that are “focused” on a specific area of growth with approved material or curriculum that is discussed each week.
